How do I upload a photo of my pet for my apparel?
Once you select your favorite clothing item, you will see an 'Upload Photo' button on the product page. For the best results, ensure the photo is high-resolution, taken in natural lighting, and shows your pet's full face.
How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Since each item is custom-designed by our artists and printed to order, processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping takes an additional 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I see a preview of the design before it is printed?
Yes! We offer a digital proofing service. If selected, our design team will email you a mockup of your pet's portrait on the garment for approval before we move to the printing stage.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because our products are custom-made with your pet's likeness, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or the print quality is poor, we will provide a replacement or full refund immediately.
What type of fabrics do you use for your clothing?
We prioritize comfort and durability. Our t-shirts and hoodies are made from premium combed cotton and polyester blends that are soft to the touch and designed to withstand multiple washes without fading the custom print.
